Empowering Women & Youth
Refugee Women Led Solutions
This initiative is dedicated to amplifying refugee women-led organizations and enterprises. We advocate for their funding and inclusion in decision-making spaces, while also channeling resources directly to them. Alongside financial support, we provide internal system strengthening, helping them build sustainable structures and practices. By enhancing their visibility, confidence, and credibility, we enable access to greater opportunities that lead to employment creation and financial independence for refugee women.
Her Education and skills
Through this program, we invest in the education and future of refugee girls. Income generated from the leather products they create during school holidays supports sponsorships for their A’level studies. In addition, we provide remedial lessons to help them improve their grades, and training on how to apply for scholarships to pursue higher education opportunities. Beyond academics, the girls also gain hands-on skills in leather craftsmanship, equipping them with a practical trade they can rely on for future income and independence.
refugee made products and Market access
We equip refugee women with practical business skills to strengthen their products and reach wider markets. Women receive training in product quality improvement, packaging, branding, and online marketing, ensuring their goods meet competitive standards. We also provide direct opportunities by placing their products in our existing retail outlets and sales platforms, giving them both visibility and consistent access to customers. This approach not only enhances their livelihoods but also builds sustainable pathways for refugee women to thrive in the marketplace.
