Our Commitment to uplift Refugee Women and Girls’

FUSE Women Initiative (FUSE) is a transformative, women-led organization based in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement, committed to creating lasting economic opportunities for refugee women and girls. We strengthen refugee women-led organizations and businesses, provide education for refugee girls, and curate products made by refugee women to connect them with wider markets.
Our goal is to enhance the financial independence of refugee women across Africa.

Meet Our Founder

Founder’s reflection

For some, refugee leadership, or even leadership at the local level, may sound like a trendy phrase. For us, it is not just a word; it is our reality. It is how we take charge of the growth and development of our communities. Armed with a vision, a sense of responsibility, and lived experience, our aim is to improve the life of a refugee woman or girl by at least 1% every single day.
But we cannot do it alone. We need your trust, your support, and open minds, ready to listen, learn, and walk this journey with us as we also learn from you.
Let’s shape a world where refugee women don’t just survive, but thrive.
